What is the process for getting a replacement if my assigned team member leaves the agency?

If your assigned team member is leaving your agency, please notify us via email at admin@theoptimalchange.com. We will work with you to get a new assigned team member and put you on our priority list so we can set you up with a new team member as soon as possible.

What is the process for when my assigned team member needs to take time off?

Accepted Answer

If an assigned team member needs to take off more than two workdays within a week, the assigned team member will submit a request to you and to OptimalChange. The assigned team member should give you as much advance notice as possible. All BOD tasks are expected to be completed within 3 business days of issue date. If the time off is less than two days, the assigned team member will complete all BOD activities upon their return. If it is more than two days, the team member will work with you to identify a resolution.
