Duties Include, but are not Limited to:
Review and complete outstanding tasks in the system.
Compare completed tasks to ensure accuracy.
Verify late payment and sent text/email reminders.
Assign specific tasks to the designated employees.
Send text/email reminders to obtain outstanding forms.
Requirements Include, but are
not Limited to:
18 years or older
Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Must be detail-oriented
