OptimalChange was an idea formulated by two insurance agents, Isabel Thao Nguyen and Adam Kase, who shared the same underlying struggle and need of many other agents for an efficient way to take care of the non-priority tasks that are essential to running a successful agency. They recognized the hardship of hiring and training the right talent to complete these tasks, so the idea for OptimalChange was formed. They also realized they would need a strong partner with proven operational skills and experience growing businesses, so they brought in Sarah Groves to round out the partnership.
