Brittney is great to work with. She is responsive and professional. Her designs were awesome. Of the three contractors we got quotes from, she did the best job with finding our vision and interjecting her thoughts and ideals. The installers were great, hard working , kept their area clean and took pride in their work. We are so happy with the work, we booked another project before they were done with the first project.

I have checked out four other companies to get me estimates and design for my walk-in closet and laundry room cabinet. But when I met Bob, I knew this is the company I would like to deal with.
Highly professional, courteous, considerate and simply the nicest people to trust with the project I needed.
Bob asked about my expectations and came with the best solution to turn my walk-in closet from the ugly storage room into the place to admire every time I came into.
The installation was quick and smooth and - which is super important - absolutely clean, no dust at all. The installers were using a special yellow tarp to put the parts on before the installation. For some reason, it's thrilled me!

Wow and wow! I had the BEST experience with these folks. I had a master closet and guest room closet done. What an amazing job they did. Fantastic materials and expert installation. I could not be happier. From meeting with them to get an estimate to the final installation appointment it is top notch. Great design help and great people. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to build out your closet.

We had cabinets with bookshelves installed in an alcove in our bedroom today. They look great! The installers were very professional in their conduct and work. We would pick this vendor again!

Thrilled with my new closet organizers and I would highly recommend Conquering Clutter. Love the quality and the self closing drawers. Brittney was my designer and she ensured that I was happy with the result. I heard they are going to add barn doors to their options so check it out!

After interviewing 6 (yes 6, during the pandemic no less) different shutter vendors, we ultimately went with Conquering Clutter mainly for 2 reasons:

1) Their rates are extremely competitive. This may be due to the fact that their shutters are not made in the US, but the quality and aesthetics are just as great as the other ones I've seen.

2) It's a family owned business and the owners, Robert and Kathleen, are super sweet. Robert came out to give the demo - he was punctual and professional. Brownie points for wearing booties and a facemask.

I was a bit concerned at first because there weren't many reviews and none of them addressed shutters - if you've read through the reviews, you can see most of them are about upgrading closets and garage storage spaces (hence...conquering clutter). But Robert reassured me they had a long running business for installing shutters back in Chicago before moving here. The only other concern I had was that responses were a bit slow and the installation date was delayed, but I'm sure they're busy due to all the demands in the renovation business during this time.

OK so onto how they did. On the day of installation, it was one installer, which surprised me, but actually was for the better, again, because of the pandemic, the less people in our household, the better. The installer was friendly and quick. He installed 16 shutters by himself within a few hours. Overall I'm very happy with the look, quality and price. If you're curious what we got, we went with basswood plantation shutters - there's also a lifetime warranty on them. Pictures for reference. I would definitely hire them again once we decide to install shutters for the rest of the house.

I am so beyond happy I found them! Brittney went above and beyond to help make this happen. She genuinely cares that every little detail is perfect! Kathy was so friendly and helpful. Alex and Chris the installers were so clean and professional. So happy that I am doing kitchen next ! YOU will be so happy with them. I am very picky. They exceeded all expectations!!!

Jesus Farol put my ideas on paper and designed an updated walk-in closet, custom cherrywood cabinet and custom cherrywood mantle in the family room along with a new storage cabinet in my master bathroom and cookie sheet/cutting board vertical dividers in my laundry room. Cesar and Jared did an awesome job with the installation. I couldn't be more pleased with the final products and the look I envisioned in each area became reality. Cesar did a great job with the mantle built and installation. I would recommend Conquering Clutter and their team without reservation. They did a fabulous job. I got a new house and have been making multiple upgrades to it. I can say that Conquering Clutter Closet has been the best experience I have had. Jesus, the designer, was prompt, detailed oriented, extremely efficient and timely. He got us the best designs posswat record time. Installation was scheduled about 4 wks after I approved the design and paid the deposit. That was early, because the timeline I got was 8-10 weeks.
On install day, the installer, Chewy, showed up for on time. He was professional and complete the job in record time. He cleaned up and left my house better than he met it.
The owner Kathy is simply the best.
They also offered my military discount.
I love my closets.

We searched for garage cabinets for a couple months and found nothing we really liked.

Conquering Clutter was amazing from the start! Jesus was knowledgeable and so helpful! It's a real family owned business you can count on. Bob and Kathy really care and it shows in their work. They knew exactly what I needed and really worked with me to achieve it! My installer Chewy was really sweet and took the time to prep so that his work was neat and clean. In the end, I got a closet of my dreams and can't wait for Conquering Clutter to come back and do more!
